Methods of Payment

Troy Fain Insurance, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards online as a form of payment. We also accept company checks, personal checks, purchase orders and money orders by mail. In order to pay by check or money order, you must make your purchase through our order forms and not online.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case to case basis. Please contact Troy Fain Insurance, Inc. if you are not satisfied with your order. Once the problem is understood, we can better assist you with this request. If we cannot process your order within 12 months due to lack of information from you, we are no longer obligated to fulfill your order.


Cancel or Change Order

Depending where you are in the order process, you may or may not be able to cancel or change your order. We try to process orders as soon as possible. If your notary paperwork has been submitted to the state or your order has been shipped, then it is too late to edit or cancel your order. If you think you made a mistake with your order, please contact Troy Fain Insurance, Inc for further assistance.

Security is Troy Fain Insurance, Inc.’s highest priority. We use the most up-to-date security for our application and payment pages. In order to better assist you, we store your name, email address, mailing address, and order number.
