TOPIC: How do I renew my Florida notary commission?

How do I renew my Florida notary commission? 6 years 10 months ago #9

Troy Fain Insurance offers a fast and easy online option to renew your Florida notary commission in 3 simple steps! Our online process allows you to fill out the State of Florida required notary application, customize your renewal notary package and purchase products. All you have to do is then print the paperwork and mail to Troy Fain Insurance and let us take care of the rest! (You must print & mail the notary application because the State of Florida requires a wet ink signature for Florida notaries.)

Other companies force you to purchase a specific package with limited options. The Troy Fain process was created to provide Florida notaries with a truly customized notary renewal package. In our process, you select a renewal notary package, but are given the option to change your required notary stamp to a round, mobile or industrial notary stamp. You are also given the option to add any additional supplies that Troy Fain Insurance offers.

3 Simple Steps to Renew Your Florida Notary Commission:

Step 1: Fill out the required notary application information.
Step 2: Select a notary package and any additional products you desire, then complete the checkout process.
Step 3: Print, sign and mail your completed notary forms to Troy Fain Insurance. We'll take care of the rest! The State of Florida requires a paper application with an original wet ink signature.

Mail your signed application to:
Troy Fain Insurance
P.O. Box 5077
Tallahassee, FL 32314

The application is required for all notaries, regardless of status.

If you prefer not to pay by credit card online, please download the required notary application & renewal order form and mail completed paperwork with payment to Troy Fain Insurance.

If you would rather receive the notary forms by email or mail, please contact our customer service team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 800.385.7019. We are pleased to help you any way we can!
