What are the steps to become a notary public? 5 years 11 months ago #5

Troy Fain Insurance has an online application to become a Florida notary public. Our online process makes it quick and easy to fulfill the requirements necessary to get a Florida notary commission. Visit our Become a Notary page to begin the process today!

It takes just 4 simple steps to become a first-time Florida notary public.

1) Create a Troy Fain user account and complete the required notary application fields
2) Select a Florida notary package and add any additional products you desire
3) Pay with credit card, print notary application and sign it
4) Take our Florida Notary Education Course (required by law for first time applicants) and print and sign your completion certificate

After completing these steps, mail your signed Florida notary application and education completion certificate to:
Troy Fain Insurance
P.O. Box 5077
Tallahassee, FL 32314.

We will take care of the rest! It takes 7-10 business days to receive your notary commission and supplies from Troy Fain Insurance.
