TOPIC: How long does notary application process take?

How long does notary application process take? 5 years 10 months ago #10

You will receive your Florida notary commission and official notary seal 7-10 days after we have received your correctly completed paperwork at Troy Fain Insurance.

Troy Fain Insurance is located Tallahassee, Florida. When you mail your required paperwork to our office, we hand deliver the forms to the Secretary of State office. This allows Troy Fain to ensure that we offer our customers the fastest turn around time in the State of Florida.

Other competitors may have a P.O. Box in Tallahassee, but they must mail your forms to their office wherever they may be located (some may not even be in Florida) and then mail them back to the Secretary of State office in Tallahassee. Maybe they have a courier in Tallahassee that would deliver your forms to the State, but at Troy Fain Insurance we want your notary application in our hands so that we can ensure that your forms are completed correctly so that the State will have no problem processing your Florida notary commission.

Once our customer service team receives your signed notary application, we enter and securely submit your information electronically to the state within 24 hours. The State of Florida notifies us electronically once you have been commissioned. We then produce your Florida notary seal and any other notary products you purchased. Our production team prides itself on producing high quality products but also mails your products within 3 business days after you are commissioned. We are proud of our Florida notary process at Troy Fain Insurance and hope you give us a chance to fulfill all of your Florida notary needs!

If you have any questions, please contact Troy Fain Insurance where our customer service representatives are standing by to offer any type of help or advice you need about becoming or renewing your Florida notary commission!
